Whats is Remote+?

Our Remote+ On-site Response Service allows you to benefit from all the perks of having remote support with the added reassurance and peace of mind that should something require immediate attention; out technical experts will be with you on-site to resolve the matter.

 

How does it work?

With the Remote+ On-site Response Service, you have up to two callouts per year included in the annual fee. Additional callouts can be purchased easily as and when you need it most.

 

Who is it for?

Our Remote+ On-site Response Service is ideal for schools and nurseries that require minimal support with their network and those with on-site support who from time to time need additional expert help.

 

24/7 Service Desk

Simple and effective Remote Support when you need it

What is 27/7 Service Desk?

The 24/7 Service Desk gives you access to our helpdesk at any time. Where problems arise that cannot be resolved through remote support, you can call out our ICT Network Technicians or ICT Consultants on an hourly pay as you go basis or book Ad-Hoc support.

 

How does it work?

Our ICT Consultants will complete a free ICT audit of your network and make recommendations as needed. Provided all is well with your current network, you can simply sign up for an annual 24/7 Service Desk package to access the service.

 

Who is it for?

24/7 Service Desk is ideal for schools and nurseries with a fully integrated network that is not older than 3 years. Our ICT Network Technicians and Consultants can provide you with support and guidance to get to this stage.

What is Remote Server Support?

Our Remote Server Support package provides you with peace of mind should anything happen to your server you know you will have experts at hand to help you through. Whether you have an existing IT support team or not, our Remote Server Support offers the reassurance you need should anything happen to your server.

 

How does it work?

Our ICT Consultants will complete a free ICT audit of your network and make recommendations as needed. Provided all is well with your current server(s), you can simply sign up for an annual Remote Server Support package to access the service.

Our Remote Server Support package is ideal for schools and academies that require minimal support with their network and those with on-site support who from time to time need additional expert help.
