Privacy Policy
NetworkIT24 provides IT managed services to schools across the West Midlands. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
Effective from 22/08/2026
What We Collect
- Job applications: name, email address, position applied for, CV/covering letter attachments, and anything you write in the “tell us about yourself” field.
- General enquiries: name, email, and message content submitted via contact forms or email.
- Basic site analytics: standard traffic data (pages visited, browser type) collected via cookies, used only in aggregate.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile runs a background check when you submit a form, to confirm you’re not a bot. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for what it collects.
We don’t collect anything beyond what’s needed to process your application or respond to your enquiry.
Why We Collect It
- To assess and respond to job applications
- To reply to enquiries about our services
- To keep basic records for legitimate business purposes (e.g. audit, recruitment history)
We won’t use your details for marketing without asking first.
Who Sees It
Form submissions go directly to our team’s inbox. We don’t sell or rent your data. We only share data with third parties where they’re directly supporting delivery of a service to you (e.g. hosting providers), and they’re required to handle it securely and only for that purpose.
How Long We Keep It
Job application data is kept only as long as reasonably needed to consider the application, then deleted. General enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, unless there’s a legal reason to retain it longer (e.g. contractual or tax records).
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to how it’s processed
To make a request, email office@networkit24.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data.
Safeguarding
As a provider working closely with schools, NetworkIT24 is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Data related to our school clients is handled with this in mind, in addition to standard GDPR obligations.
Changes
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes to the site or how we handle data. The effective date at the top will always show the latest version.
