Our Remote+ On-site Response Service is ideal for schools and nurseries that require minimal support with their network and those with on-site support who from time to time need additional expert help.

How does Remote+ work?

With the Remote+ On-site Response Service, you have upto two call-outs per month included in the annual fee. Additional call-outs can be purchased easily as and when you need.

What is 24/7 Service Desk?

The 24/7 Service Desk gives you access to our help-desk at any time. Where problems arise that cannot be resolved through remote support, you can call out our ICT Technicians or ICT Consultants on an hourly PAYG basis.

Who is 24/7 Service Desk for?

24/7 Service Desk is ideal for schools and nurseries with a fully integrated network that is not older than 3 years. Our ICT technicians and consultants can provide you with support and guidance to get to this stage.

How does 24/7 Service Desk work?

Our ICT consultants will complete a free ICT audit of your network and make recommendations as needed. Provided all is well with your current network, you can simply sign up for an annual 24/7 Service Desk package to access the service.
